About these terms

These terms govern your use of Vizirune's website, software and related services, together called the "service". The service is operated by VXZ SYSTEMS LIMITED, company number C 103537, of International House, Mdina Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara BKR 3000, Malta. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for using digital services in your country if that is higher, and meet any applicable requirements of services you connect.

Features, availability and pricing

Available features, usage limits and prices are described on our website or in the service. They may vary over time and between offerings. We may introduce, change or discontinue features, integrations and offerings, and adjust usage limits or the availability of stored content, subject to applicable law and any purchase terms you have agreed to.

If you purchase a paid offering, its price, billing arrangements, included features and cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. Additional purchase or subscription terms may apply. Changes do not remove rights you have under an existing purchase or mandatory consumer law.

Accounts and access

Where an account is required, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not transfer or resell account access without our permission.

Third-party services you choose to connect have their own terms, privacy policies and charges. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability or changes.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits; overload, disrupt or compromise the service; introduce malicious code; obtain data without permission; or use information from the service for harassment, doxxing or other unlawful purposes.

Only submit content or information you are entitled to use. Public availability does not give you permission to infringe another person's rights.

Content and intellectual property

We and our licensors retain our rights in the service's software, branding, design and content. Subject to these terms, you may access and use the service as intended. Separate licences continue to apply to software or content made available under them. You retain any rights you have in content you submit and permit us to process it as needed to provide the service.

Third-party names, trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Analysis, information and generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy or any particular outcome. Use your own judgement when relying on results.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we process personal data and how to exercise your data protection rights.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a serious breach of these terms. We may terminate access for a material or repeated breach. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to correct it. Any rights you have under applicable purchase terms or mandatory law remain available.

You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use or disconnecting an integration does not automatically cancel a separate subscription or delete your account. Applicable cancellation conditions govern paid offerings. To request account deletion, email hello@vizirune.com.

Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, subject to any express commitments in applicable purchase terms.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect business losses arising from personal consumer use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Maltese law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence or any court rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when our contractual, legal or security requirements change. We will post revised terms here, update the date above and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required.
